Abstract

Background : Hypertension is a condition when there is persistent high blood pressure where the systolic pressure above Hypertension can be defined as persistent blood pressure with systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. The Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia explained the prevalence of high blood pressure in women (32.9%) is higher than men (28.7%). Results of interviews from Bayat subdistrict PTM program holders stated that the incidence of hypertension in January 2019 to July 2019 there were 1202 patients. Purpose : The aim of this research to describe family nursing care with hypertension problems. Metode : This research uses descriptive method approach case studies. Outcome : Based on case studies on hypertension’s family was found nursing diagnoses the ineffectiveness of health care and ineffectiveness management of family therapeutic regimens. Conclusion : Nursing care conducted to the hypertension’s family obtained the results that the problem of ineffective health care and ineffectiveness management of family therapeutic regimens can be partially resolved.
