Abstract

Every woman wants her labor to run smoothly and can give birth to a perfect baby. There are two ways of labor, namely vaginal delivery, better known as natural labor and cesarean section or cesarean section, namely surgery to remove the baby through an incision in the abdominal wall and the uterus under the condition of the uterus intact and the fetus weighs above 500 grams. Post sectio caesarea is an action after surgery to remove the baby through an incision in the abdominal wall. The purpose of knowing Applying a picture of Post Sectio Caesare Nursing Care for Indications of Severe Eclampsia in Wonosari Regional Hospital. It can be concluded that Severe Preeclampsia (PEB) is Severe Preeclampsia is the onset of hypertension ≥ 160/110 mmHg accompanied by proteinuria dam or edema in pregnancy after 20 weeks. In this case the mother is said to have severe preeclampsia due to hypertension, which is a blood pressure of 160/110 mmHg and accompanied by proteinuria +3. Hypertension occurs as an effort to overcome the increase in peripheral resistance so that tissue oxygenation can be fulfilled. The assessment is conducted on the client using interview techniques on the client, family, physical examination, observation and status of the client. The study was carried out comprehensively which included social and spiritual biopsy. Based on past physical and health examinations, the authors establish the actual diagnosis of nursing care what nurses need to do in accordance with the client's present condition. From the nine diagnoses contained in theory, the author only raises 3 diagnoses during prenatal care, due to complaints issued by the client. The intervention and implementation by the author were not finished prenatally but were completed after post partum. At the evaluation stage, adjust the criteria for the results to be achieved and complaints from patients themselves (DS) and from the observation of the author (DO), where the evaluation used is using the SOAP approach Keywords: Nursing Care, SC, PEB
