Abstract

Leaves binahong ( anredera cordifolia ( ten . )Steenis and sap of a distance of but ( jatropha curcas l . ) is plants often used by the public as a first step to treat open wounds .Content of leaves binahong ( anredera cordifolia ( ten . )Steenis the flavonoid , phenol , an alkaloid , terpenoid and saponin , while sap of iodine ( jatropha curcas L) out having material active alkaloid , saponin , flavonoid and tannin . This study attempts to knows the difference the diameter of long healing of a wound following treated using binahong leaves the distance and the sap of plants .The kind of research this is experimental .3 was used in the study the treatment group and each group consists of 5 mice leaves binahong group is 1 , a group of 2 the sap of plants the distance , group 3 without treatment .Data obtained by the use of one-way anova then analyzed in order . The results of research obtained healing of a wound with leaves binahong compared to the sap of plants distance is not there are considerable meaningful .Conclusions of the study are binahong leaves and the distance having one of equal effectiveness in the cure of an open wound .This is proven by the value of significance 0,107 > p = 0,05 .
